Making History! Men's Golf Shoots an All-Time Low Team Score

The Victor Valley College Men's Golf team (55-18, 12-2) put together an outstanding performance at the Mount San Jacinto Conference Tournament, finishing second overall with a team score of +2, the lowest team score in VVC History!. The Rams delivered one of their most complete outings of the season, posting steady numbers across the lineup and showcasing the depth of their roster.

Victor Valley stayed consistent throughout the round, relying on disciplined shot‑making and reliable scoring from their entire squad. The Rams' total of +2 secured them the runner‑up position in the tournament, reflecting a strong collective effort among all six competitors.

Four Freshman Rams produced counting scores that kept the team firmly in contention, with two rounds near or better than par leading the way.

Fonville's round of 70 paced the Rams, while McColm followed closely with a 71. Pierce and Kilkenny added rounds of 74 and 75, completing VVC's four counting scores for the event. The four freshman led the way for the VVC Rams this past Wednesday, and pushed their team into a 2nd place finish.
