Rams Surge Past LA Pierce in Offensive Showcase
The Victor Valley College Men's Basketball team delivered an impressive performance on Saturday, December 6, earning a 94–88 victory in a high-scoring contest. The Rams displayed offensive firepower and teamwork to secure the win.

The Rams came out firing, scoring 53 points in the first half and maintaining their momentum to finish with 94 points. VVC shot 46.6% from the field and an outstanding 46.4% from three-point range, while also converting 68.4% from the free-throw line. The team dominated the glass with 41 rebounds and moved the ball effectively, recording 21 assists.
Stat Leaders
- Komari Lewis led the way with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 assists, showcasing his all-around game.
- Raoul Churchill was lights out from deep, hitting 6 three-pointers and finishing with 21 points.
- Derrick Hankins added 15 points, while Jasean Phillips chipped in 12 points on efficient shooting.
- Jaylen Contreras contributed 10 points and a team-high 10 assists, orchestrating the offense.
The Rams also showed toughness on the boards, pulling down 15 offensive rebounds and scoring 20 second-chance points.
