Justin Randall begins his 15th season of coaching, having developed into a coach capable of building winning programs, fostering student-athlete growth, and promoting a program grounded in accountability, toughness, and discipline. Currently employed as the Defensive Line Coach/Video Coordinator at Victor Valley College, Coach Randall has a vast background of coaching at both the high school and collegiate levels.

Throughout his coaching career, Coach Randall has continuously enhanced performance at the high school and collegiate levels. In terms of defense, he has produced turnaround seasons, resulting in record-setting sack totals, interception totals, and improved defensive statistics. Offensively, he has been responsible for driving significant increases in offensive production through explosive plays and setting new records. The areas in which Coach Randall has coached include: Head Football Coach – Riverside Prep HS, Alta Loma HS, Grand Terrace HS, and Carter HS.

At each position, the respective team(s) under Coach Randall's guidance improved in competition, statistical rankings, and overall program culture. Before joining Victor Valley College, Coach Randall worked at Citrus College as Defensive Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Director of Strength & Conditioning. During this period, Coach Randall played a key role in improving the Citrus College defense and enhancing the college's status among other colleges in California.

During his early coaching years, Coach Randall led a very successful period at Colony High School. During this time frame, the teams under Coach Randall's direction won league championships, made deep CIF playoff runs, and won a CIF Championship.

As a multi-sport athlete in both football and baseball, Coach Randall first developed his love for athletics at Ontario High School. He was a four-year varsity letterman in football, earning three Mt. Baldy League selections and second-team all CIF honors. He established himself as one of the top performers in the region. On the baseball field, Coach Randall was a three-year varsity letterman, earning two All-League awards. After graduating from Ontario High School, Coach Randall went on to play football at Citrus College. While there, he received All-Conference recognition before being offered a full-ride scholarship at Hampton University.

In addition to coaching, Coach Randall is an educator and Entrepreneurship Instructor at Riverside Preparatory High School in Oro Grande. Coach Randall seeks to develop meaningful relationships with his students and assist them in succeeding academically, personally, and athletically. Coach Randall's coaching philosophy is built on "playing hard," "playing fast," and "competing" with relentless effort every day.

Coach Randall presently lives with his fiancée, Nicole, in Helendale, CA, located in the High Desert Region of California. They share four children:  Maylani (14), Skylie (12), Ryder (10), and Izaiah (5). Faith, family, and mentoring remain priorities for Coach Randall, on and off the playing field.
