The Panther offense saw significant improvements scoring 43 points a game and breaking school records for passing yards in a game (512) and passing TDs in a game (7), both vs Santa Ana College. The offense also broke the record for most points in a game (91) vs Compton College
Prior to Chaffey, Coach Allen was the Head Coach at Oak Hills High School for one season and the offensive coordinator the previous. In 2015, the Bulldog’s would see great success on offense under his leadership as they went on to win the first CIF Championship of the district’s history. During the Bulldogs 4 game playoff run, they would score 54, 43, 33, and 40 points respectively each round. As Head Coach in 2016, Coach Allen led the Bulldogs to an 8-2 regular season and a CIF division 3 playoff berth. Allen would help mentor multiple Division 1 athletes such as Brandon Porter (NAU), Aramis Aldredge (NAU), Kevin Davis (UAB)
Prior to Oak Hills, Coach Allen had his first stint at Chaffey in 2013 and 2014. Coach Allen coached receivers and ran the special teams. In their first season, Chaffey went from 2-8 (the previous season), to undefeated in conference to win the American division title. In 2014, Allen was able to bring in a special group of receivers that broke multiple school records. Marquis Wimberly (Texas A&M Commerce) is #1 in All-time receiving yards (1441) and receiving TDs in a season (14). Alec Dana (Utah) holds the record for most receiving yards in a game (247). Many other receivers under Coach Allen have moved on to receive Division 1, 2, and NAIA scholarships.
In 2012, Coach Allen would spend a season at Carter High School, coaching quarterbacks and running the passing game on offense, as well as the special teams. Coach Allen helped the Lions to an undefeated regular season in 2012. The Lions made it up to the semifinals of the CIF SS playoffs. During this time, Allen had the opportunity to coach a Division 1 athlete and current Green Bay Packer, Kenny Clark.

Coach Allen helped the Matadors attain an undefeated regular season record as well as a bid to the NJCAA National Championship game, where the Matadors lost to East Mississippi 47-55. Coach Allen had the opportunity to coach standout receivers such as Sean Kitchens (Auburn) and Josh Ford (Kansas, Atlanta Falcons).
Coach Allen’s aspirations to coach college led him to his alma mater New Mexico Highlands in 2010, coaching receivers. Due to a mid-season coaching change, Coach Allen became the offensive coordinator for half of the season. During his time at Highlands, Allen coached standout Kevon Williams who holds the record for most career receiving yards and catches in school history.
Coach Allen’s first coaching position was in 2008, coaching quarterbacks and receivers at Carter High School in Rialto. Allen spent his first 2 years helping turn a program that went 2-8 the prior season, into a playoff team. He has helped mentor Division 1 athletes from both on offense and defense, such as Ryan Coleman (Idaho) and Valtray Jackson (Central Missouri). Allen also coached DBs and ran special teams at Carter.
As a player, Allen played at Rialto High School making All-League receiver honors as a Junior. In his senior year, Allen transferred to Bloomington High School and went on to win the 1999 CIF Championship and amass over 2,000 yards rushing and 30 TDs.
